What is the Co-Creation about?
We know it's relatively easy to predict what will happen to us if there is a person pulling us towards one direction. This is linear thinking. But what happens if more people are doing the same in different direction with different forces changing in time? This is non-linear, dynamic, complex, systemic thinking. Can we apply it in our attempt to understand how we manage change in education system? And then, how can we come to see the education system in a way that it can give us an empowering understanding about the role that ourselves and others can/ do/ wish to play in this change process? 
These and other questions we will be trying to explore together in an interactive and participatory manner of a co-creative process.

What happens at the Co-Creation? 
We will be focusing on creating a tool that is meant to help us answer some of our own questions about what it takes to make a change in the education system. We will start from a question and will go on answering it in a manner similar to putting together a building from LEGO bricks.The "LEGO building" process in this session will bring together experts, explorers and curious people and will integrate knowledge, ideas and experiences of us all.

What happens at the Co-Creation? 
It focuses in the creation of solutions to a question, through the facilitation of a session that integrates knowledge and ideas of the participants. It combines both invited experts and festival guests as part on the process.
